Welcome to the Gather Natural Advocate Program (“Program”)! By applying to or participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To join our Advocate Program, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Live in the United States

• Have a public and active social media presence

• Be in good standing on your social platforms

• Align with Gather Natural’s mission of holistic living and community support

Note: We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.

2. Advocate Expectations

As a Gather Natural Advocate, you agree to:

• Share authentic, original content that supports our mission and offerings

• Represent our brand truthfully and respectfully

• Clearly disclose your partnership using tags like #ad, #sponsored, or #GatherNaturalAdvocate

• Submit content in a timely manner

• Maintain brand-aligned values in all related communications

3. Compensation & Perks

Our Advocates may receive:

• Free or discounted products, merchandise, or event access

• Referral commissions (if applicable)

• Exclusive perks outlined during onboarding

Please note: You are responsible for reporting any rewards or earnings for tax purposes.

4. Content Use

By participating, you grant Gather Natural permission to:

• Share your submitted content across our platforms

• Edit and repurpose your content for marketing (with or without credit)

• Use your name, image, and content in promotional materials

We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Make false claims about our brand

• Promote competitors during campaigns

• Harass, bully, or misrepresent our values

• Share confidential or unreleased information

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Program.

6. Leaving the Program

You or Gather Natural may end your participation at any time. If removed, you must:

• Stop using any Advocate Program materials or brand assets

• Remove affiliate or referral links

7. Confidentiality

If you receive non-public information, you agree to keep it confidential unless given written permission to share it.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Gather Natural is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Program Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the new terms.
